Aubrey Rollings is a designated REALTOR® with the Shane Register Real Estate Group, serving buyers and sellers in the greater Wilmington area. Motivated by a genuine desire to help and advocate for people, Aubrey loves guiding clients through the homebuying and selling processes. She understands that selling or purchasing a home is a significant life change that can feel overwhelming, and she is committed to making the experience streamlined and stress-free for her clients. Combining clear communication, creative problem-solving, and careful organization, she is equipped to make even the most complex transactions feel seamless.

Born and raised in Ohio, Aubrey now calls Wilmington home by way of Durham and Sneads Ferry. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from Ohio State University and a Master’s degree in Math Education, both which led to her first career as an elementary school teacher. As a former educator, Aubrey brings a valuable skill set to her work in real estate: a natural communicator and connector, she is passionate about helping her clients understand every step of the buying or selling process with confidence.

Outside of work, Aubrey loves spending time with her partner and their five children, whether exploring everything Wilmington has to offer – from the beach to local festivals, concerts, and museums – or staying active and enjoying the outdoors through seasonal sports, running, and kayaking.
