A transplant to Leland, NC from Washington, NJ, Denise Gueterman has over 20 years of real estate experience with Weichert Realtors in Chester, NJ. This background has proven invaluable as she continues her real estate career in southeastern North Carolina.

Having vacationed in North Carolina for many years, it had always been one of Denise’s dreams to make coastal North Carolina her home. In 2017, she and her husband Ron took the plunge and decided it was time for their “next chapter.” They built their dream home in Compass Pointe and, in October 2019, made the move to Leland, NC. This background assists Denise in directing others who are moving to this fantastic area from out of state and understanding the buying and building processes locally.
