About Us

Jan Justice has been in the industry since 1994, when she began her career as a business owner in commercial real estate. Following 10 years of experience in the commercial sector – which included owning and operating development, construction, and property management companies – she decided to transition exclusively into residential real estate. As a REALTOR®, Jan enjoys working with a wide range of clients and honing in on their unique needs as Buyers or Sellers. With decades of experience in the business, she also enjoys mentoring other agents who are learning about the field. Additionally, she holds a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) Designation.

Originally from Charlotte, NC and a frequent visitor of Wilmington prior to her relocation there, Jan is well-versed in the greater Wilmington area and North Carolina at large. She notes that living in close proximity to Wrightsville Beach is among the things she enjoys most about where she lives. When she’s not working, she enjoys taking walks on the beach and spending time with her three sons, a West Point graduate and veteran, a business owner of four moving companies, and a pastor, respectively. The first woman to join the Rotary group in Cary, NC in 2000, serving others is one of Jan’s enduring interests that applies to her work as a REALTOR® today.
