Jeanette Nieves is a designated REALTOR®.

Jeanette’s long-standing interest in houses and previous experience in the rental real estate market in New York led her to the real estate industry in the greater Wilmington area. She takes pride in building genuine connections with her clients – whether first-time homebuyers or seasoned clients – and finds fulfillment in guiding them through the home-buying or selling process. Jeanette’s career in real estate is also informed by her background in the insurance industry as a claims investigator, where attention to detail was essential. That experience translates directly to her work today as a REALTOR®, where she approaches every transaction with the same sharp eye for detail.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Jeanette moved to North Carolina in 2022 and to the Wilmington area shortly thereafter. She was initially drawn to Wilmington for its beaches and still loves the coastal lifestyle combined with the small-city feel of historic downtown. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her husband, four boys, and dog, as well as reading and taking walks on the beach.
