Kathie Jordan decided to pursue a career in real estate, a long-standing personal interest, after working for 15 years in the banking industry. Since the 1980s, she has focused on helping people from a range of backgrounds and is equipped to give specialized service to her clients, whether first-time home-buyers or savvy investors. As a North Carolina native and coastal resident since 1977, Kathie enjoys Wilmington’s warm weather and the variety of activities that the area has to offer. As the mother of a son – an owner of a local fishing business – and a daughter who is a nurse, Kathie is familiar with Wilmington’s local culture and is delighted to share it with others.
