Originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, Kristen fell in love with the greater Wilmington area over the course of numerous summer visits and a year at UNCW. Prior to her career in real estate, Kristen worked in textile sales in the interior design business. When she had the opportunity to sell and purchase her personal homes, it became clear that a career in real estate perfectly aligned with her background in sales and interiors. Today, Kristen leverages her business acumen to advocate for her clients and meet their diverse needs. Whether buying or selling, Kristen is committed to providing her clients with excellent service through every step of the process. Communicative, readily available, and empathic, she loves connecting with new people and having the opportunity to serve them.

A local at heart, Kristen loves Wilmington’s area beaches, many local restaurants, and small-town feel. When she’s not helping her clients, you might find her reading at the beach, planning her next excursion, or spending quality time with her family and two Australian shepherds.
