Entering his career as a Realtor with an extensive resume in the insurance industry, Richard boasts a deep knowledge of construction, housing, and safety compliance within the greater Wilmington area. Previously working with both residential and large commercial claims as a property claims adjuster, Richard is adept at navigating even the most complex transactions in the interest of his clients. He strives to understand his clients’ unique needs and concerns to ensure the success of every transaction. 

Beyond his work as a Realtor, Richard is an avid naturalist and can be found taking wildlife photography on his family’s land in Pender County, traveling in his camper van, or fly fishing for trout in the mountains. The coastal lifestyle, laid-back atmosphere, and recreational activities are just a few reasons he enjoys living in Wilmington. Richard is married to and works alongside Laura Beasley, who is also a part of the Shane Register Real Estate Group.
