Helms Port is a gated, waterfront community off of Masonboro Loop Road positioned along the Intracoastal Waterway. Consisting of three sections – Saylor’s Haven, Kathryn’s Retreat, and Parker Shores – the neighborhood is known for its upscale amenities and focus on outdoor, coastal living.
